We are seeking for

customer-focused Support Executive

to deliver services & Guide to our clients online. The ideal applicant will have a basic grasp of Computer knowledge , financial Market and Google sheet, and have strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing customer service.

Key Points:



Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Candidate must have Knowledge Related to Finance , Stocks Market . Maintain accurate records of interaction and customer information in system . communication skills. Handle queries related to products, services, via email, phone, and WhatsApp . Resolve customer complaints and issues , ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Uphold company values and maintain professionalism in all interaction .
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
