We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic

Customer Support Executive (CSE)

to join our dynamic team , where we deliver cutting-edge IT training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through our training offerings, and playing a key role in driving transformation through personalized support and outreach.

This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to be part of a mission that upskills youth in emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:



Call and counsel students, interns, and professionals about Cognimab's IT training programs. Understand individual learning needs and recommend suitable training modules. Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for trainees. Assist in organizing webinars, info sessions, and promotional campaigns. Provide timely responses to queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Support digital transformation initiatives by promoting online and hybrid training formats. Gather feedback from students and share insights to improve service quality. Represent Cognimab with professionalism and empathy in all communications.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory). 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or student engagement. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic understanding of IT training or educational services is a plus. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools or call management systems is desirable.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or students counseling roles. Passion for education, transformation, and youth empowerment. Comfortable using digital tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team spirit.
