Key Responsibilities

Customer Support
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats related to customer service.
Log complaints, service requests, and escalate issues to the technical team as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and feedback

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with sales and service teams for quick resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
Prepare daily reports of complaints handled, resolution time, and feedback received.
