Immediate Opening: Customer Support Executive (Mohali Location)



We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service and support to our clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver excellent customer service by responding to queries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner. Resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development) to ensure customer needs are met. Escalate complex issues to senior management as required. Stay informed about the company's products and services to offer customers up-to-date information.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Capable of working independently or as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy.
