Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries via
phone, email, chat, or ticketing system

Resolve
product/service-related issues
, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a
positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
toward customers at all times.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams (technical, sales, operations, etc.).
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide feedback to the company regarding common customer issues or suggestions.
Assist in
onboarding new customers
and providing basic product/service walkthroughs.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including
response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
.
Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
0-3 years of experience
in customer support, call center, or service role.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
