We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to contribute to make relation with company's client & resolve their issues.
An effective Customer Support Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities:
1.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2.Answer questions about products or the company
3.Ask questions to understand customer requirements
4.Enter and update customer information in the database
5.Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
6.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements:
1.Good knowledge of Microsoft office and telephone systems
2.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
3.Excellent knowledge of English,Hindi.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5.Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
6.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
7.Graduate Degree is must but if its post graduate then its added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
