9:00 PM - 6:00 AM 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Role

We are hiring

Inbound Call Center Agents

to handle

order-taking and customer support calls from Canada

. The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Call center experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers can apply.

Responsibilities

Attend inbound customer calls from Canada Process orders and provide accurate information Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude Enter customer details in the system Resolve basic queries and escalate when required

Requirements

Languages:

English, Hindi & Punjabi (mandatory) Good communication and listening skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to work night shifts Positive, customer-friendly attitude
