Job Summary:


The Loom (www.theloom.in) is seeking a

Female Customer Support Executive

for our chat process. The role involves providing excellent customer service while driving sales, all from the comfort of your home during night hours.

Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries and complaints via chat and email within set timelines. Support the sales team by managing targets and performance. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer issues to convert them into sales. Maintain clear, professional communication in English with customers. Use basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel) as needed.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in administration or related field. 1-3 years' experience in outbound chat/mail processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working night shifts and handling customer interactions online. Computer literate with MS Office and chat support experience. Female candidates preferred.

We are looking for Delhi Candidate only.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
