Process- Flipkart Voice
Salary- 1. Fresher- 1.90 LPA
2.Experienced-2.20 LPA (Minimum 12 months BPO or 24 Months NON BPO)
Training Stipend - ( 300 Per day, will be eligible post certification )
Training Period 30 days
Eligibility: 1. Fresher and experienced both
2. Graduate and Undergraduate both (at least 12th Pass)
Work Mode: Work from office
Location: B-19, Tech Mahindra Building, Noida Sector 62, Opposite DME college.
Roles & Responsibility
,
Typing speed and Accuracy: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Excellent communication skills required in Hindi/English both the languages
Candidate should be comfortable in Permanent WFO
Candidate should be comfortable in 24*7 Shifts
Have to resolve customer queries over the calls
Need to Provide resolution to the customer
