Good English Communication is must. Full Urgent Opening for the role of "Customer Support Executive". Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a point of contact to place orders on online portal as per the zone assigned as well ensure orders go out on time
  • MIS, reporting and creating monthly invoices
  • Following marketing activities like collecting User Feedback, creating and dispatching user certificates etc
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of sales and outstanding, adjusting receipts on the portal
  • Followup for collections on case to case basis
Education and Skill sets: - Diploma / Graduate in any field
- Min 2+ years of work experience in Customer Servicing
