Purpose of the Role The custodian of this role will be responsible for resolving customer complaints & queries brought to their attention under a specific timeline. Principal Responsibilities Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails, phone calls, social media, consumer forum, or any other such customer platforms. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with empathy. Candidates should have good communication skills and should be comfortable in speaking with customers and replying to customer queries or complaints in English. Candidates should have good typing speed and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Education and Experience A bachelor\'s degree in administration or a related field. A minimum of 1-3 years\' experience in the outbound voice process. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Should have Computer skills, MS Office.
