Job Description

Responsibilities: Providing software application support under the supervision of the Senior Engineer Helping the implementation team with basic configuration and role definition in the software On Deployment train the clients staff, employee, promotors etc. on the function aspect of the software Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance based on customer feedback Managing data migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality for the software at the client end Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer/Application development team Keeping a record of configuration changes Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics. Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departmentsRequisite Skills: Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and clients Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them Exceptional communication skillsDesired Skills: A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technologyEducation: Graduate (Any Stream)Relevant Experience: Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related fieldJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per yearSchedule:
