Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Provide clear information about company services and processes
Assist customers with documentation and basic issue resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate issues to the concerned department when required
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must be fluent in
Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu
Good communication and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM preferred)
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Experience in customer support or call center is an added advantage
