Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
Manage and update customer information accurately through data entry systems.
Provide clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish, demonstrating bilingual proficiency where applicable.
Assist customers with product or service-related issues, offering solutions and support tailored to their needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients, contributing to business growth.
Analyse customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Follow company protocols and uphold excellent phone etiquette at all times to foster positive relationships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
Ability to analyse information effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services tactfully without compromising customer satisfaction.
