rotational day and night schedule
. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn; prior experience in customer support or bulk messaging platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat.
Guide users with account setup, SMS services, delivery concerns, and feature usage.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure follow-ups and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.
Willingness to work rotational day and night shifts (24x7, 8-hours shift).
