Customer Support Executive

Job Description

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat regarding products, orders, and special requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues. Provide detailed product/service information and troubleshoot customer concerns. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional issues. Share timely order updates and handle status-related queries. Identify and resolve customer issues; escalate complex cases when needed. Collaborate with Sales and Support teams for smooth query handling. Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:



Graduate/Post Graduate. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; jewelry knowledge is an advantage.

Skills:



Excellent written English for email and chat support. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Quick learner with ability to adapt to systems and policies.
