Position Title: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Experience Management:

Oversee and enhance the overall customer experience across multiple touchpoints, including email, chat, and phone interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify potential leads, engage effectively, and convert them into loyal customers through strategic communication and relationship-building.

Inside Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate lead conversions, providing necessary technical and sales support to achieve targets. Conduct dealer visits as required to strengthen partnerships and enhance sales performance.

Qualifications:



Strong communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in dealer support, customer training, or technical support within a service-oriented industry. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software for troubleshooting and repairs. Familiarity with routine maintenance procedures for drones, cameras, and other electronic devices.
