Job Description

Role Objective:



To deliver exceptional post-sales support and pre-sales assistance by managing customer

queries, verifying COD orders, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, handling returns, and

delivery issues, and converting abandoned carts into successful orders.

Responsibilities:



1. Customer Communication & Query Resolution

2. COD Order Verification - Verify all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to reduce RTO (Return to Origin).

3. Order Management & Fulfilment Support

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Handling

5. Delivery Management & Courier Escalation

6. Abandoned Cart Recovery & Conversion

7. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
