Handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Provide accurate, timely responses via email and chat. Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams. Maintain and update email templates. Collect feedback and help improve service quality. Ensure performance and quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements:



6 months-1 year of email/chat support experience Strong communication & problem-solving skills Willingness to work

night shifts


Knowledge of business process outsourcing and/or co-outsourcing is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education UG /PG must

Fluent English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
