We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical, and operations to resolve customer needs
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction score
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
1-3 years of experience in customer support or service roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [specific industry, e.g., agriculture, e-commerce, IT] customer support
Fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage
Language preferable Telugu
