We are seeking a confident and customer-focused

Customer Support Executive

for a

voice process

to handle incoming and outgoing customer calls. The ideal candidate will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions. Resolve product or service-related queries, complaints, and technical issues. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team with detailed documentation. Update customer records, interaction details, and call outcomes in the system. Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality. Stay informed about product/service updates and policies.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in [English]. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure. Prior experience in voice-based customer support or call center operations is an advantage. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management tools. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. 0-2 years of experience in a similar voice-based customer service role.

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
