As a
Customer Support Executive
, you will support international customers, address their technical concerns, and ensure every interaction is handled with clarity, professionalism, and care.
What You'll Do
Respond to inbound calls from
US/Canada
customers and assist them with issues related to computers, printers, networks, and similar devices.
Provide top-quality service using
voice support
and remote assistance tools.
Record, track, and update all customer interactions in the CRM system with accuracy.
Perform basic technical troubleshooting and offer appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
Maintain strong rapport with customers by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to continuous learning.
Follow all company policies, processes, and quality guidelines during every interaction.
Meet performance goals like resolution rate, CSAT, productivity benchmarks, and call quality standards.
Work closely with the team and supervisors to improve service delivery.
Stay updated on new tools, product updates, and best practices to enhance your technical and customer service skills.
Who we're looking for
Experience:
0-1 year (Fresher's strongly encouraged)
Education:
Graduation preferred but not compulsory
Communication:
Excellent spoken English
Technical Basics:
Knowledge about computer
