What we are looking for?
Graduate or undergraduate pursuing graduation (Final Year) Experienced with relevant experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
Basic Computer Knowledge
Customer focus and problem-solving ability
What you will be doing?
- Helping customers with queries.
- Handling technical and non-technical queries.
- Problem-solving for various customers.
- Handling chat process.
