Job Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via call/email/chat Resolve queries and provide accurate information Maintain call logs & customer records Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution Follow process guidelines and meet daily KPIs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
