Provide quick resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the service team for timely support.
2. Maintain Complaint & Service Sheet
Record all complaints accurately in the complaint register/service sheet.
Update call status regularly until closure.
Maintain proper documentation for future reference.
3. Daily Technician Work Entry
Collect daily updates from technicians.
Enter work done, part usage, visit status, and closure details in the system or sheet.
Ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
4. AMC Calling
Contact clients for AMC renewal reminders.
Share AMC details, benefits, and follow-up for confirmation.
Maintain a log of AMC calls made and responses received.
5. Prepare AMC Quotation
Send AMC quotations based on client requirement and machine details.
6. Client Requirement Quotation
Understand client requirements related to service, spare parts, or new equipment.
Prepare and share accurate quotations.
Maintain record of quotations sent and follow-up status.
