Job Summary
Torero Softwares Ltd is hiring a
Customer Support Executive
to assist and guide customers using our Business ERP Software. You will support clients with software usage, accounting entries, billing, GST queries, and remote troubleshooting.
Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and resolve software/accounting/GST queries
Provide remote support via AnyDesk / UltraViewer
Guide customers step-by-step on using the ERP software
Troubleshoot software and basic accounting-related issues
Log issues and ensure complete resolution
Requirements
Basic accounting knowledge
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Ability to troubleshoot on computer
Experience with accounting or billing software is a plus
Customer support experience preferred
Freshers with accounting knowledge can apply
