Job Description

1. Handling Customer Queries



Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages politely and professionally. Understand the customer's issue and provide accurate solutions.

2. Providing Product/Service Information



Explain product features, pricing, and policies clearly. Guide customers on how to use products or services effectively.

3. Complaint Resolution



Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Escalate critical or unresolved issues to seniors or concerned departments.

4. Maintaining Records



Update CRM with call details, customer feedback, and follow-up notes. Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions.

5. Follow-up Calls



Make follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are fully resolved. Call customers for feedback or additional support.

6. Achieving Targets



Meet daily/weekly call targets, quality targets, and customer satisfaction goals.

7. Service Quality



Maintain a polite tone and positive attitude during calls. Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
