Provide directions, mall maps, and information about stores, services, or events. o Assist customers with queries or concerns. o Greet customers and ensure they feel welcome. o Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. o Handle customer grievances or feedback and escalate to management if needed. o Ensure customer concerns are resolved to their satisfaction. o Guide customers to specific stores, restrooms, or facilities. o Provide information about promotions, events, or services. o Report any suspicious activities or incidents to security personnel. o Assist in emergencies or accidents, if trained. o Inform customers about ongoing promotions, events, or offers. o Encourage participation in mall activities or loyalty programs. o Collect feedback from customers about their mall experience. o Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement. o Work with mall staff, security, and store representatives to ensure smooth operations.
