Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Resolve customer queries effectively and provide proper solutions Maintain records of conversations and update the database Ensure customer satisfaction and follow communication protocols

Good communication skills Interest in Domestic Voice Process Willingness to relocate

12th Pass / Any Graduate Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
