Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers. Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions. Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards. Record and track interactions as per company guidelines.

Required Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Undergraduate from any stream.

Excellent spoken English

is mandatory. Freshers with good fluency are welcome to apply. Knowledge of regional languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, and Gujarati is an added advantage. Maintain accurate call records and ensure timely follow-ups.
