Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their order updates
Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
Help customers with product information
Help customers place orders on phone, website and WhatsApp
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years' of customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Softer Skills : Empathetic, Polite, Good Listener and motivated to help

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
