Position : Customer Support Executive
Location: Pune
Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the frontline communicator with our clients, including transporters, brokers, drivers, and truckers, helping them understand the benefits and features of our EMT Transport app. Your role is crucial in guiding potential users through our services and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities: ₹ Engage with transport industry professionals via calls to introduce our EMT Transport app, explaining its benefits and features. ? Conduct feedback calls to gather user insights and document customer queries. ? Relay important customer feedback and queries to the sales team for prompt action and follow-up. ? Manage communication through WhatsApp, sending informative messages and providing support via chat to assist clients effectively. ? scanning documents, saving them on a computer & upload on ERP
Requirements: ₹ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proven experience in customer service ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
