Responsibilities (Customer Support)
Respond to customer queries via
phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat
.
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, refunds, and replacements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide clear and polite communication at all times.
Additional Responsibilities (After Training)
Manage and monitor orders in
Shopify & related tools
.
Track shipments, delivery timelines, and coordinate with logistics partners.
Help improve processes and reporting for smooth operations.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
Prior experience in
customer support / call center / e-commerce
is a plus.
Problem-solving attitude, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
Must be ready to work full-time from office.
