Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and warranties.
Log complaints and follow up with concerned departments until resolution.
Ensure timely and professional responses to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM systems.
Work towards customer satisfaction and meet performance targets like TAT, FCR, and CSAT.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
