Key Responsibilities
:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests and maintain data
3. Track, monitor, and follow up on orders, deliveries, and returns and share it with team
4. Sharing regular updates with customer (order updates & delay)
5. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, operations) to resolve issues
6. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate teams
7. Experience in B2B is an added advantage
7. Collect and share customer feedback to improve service quality
