Troubleshooting:

Helping customers resolve technical issues or other problems.

Handling Complaints:

Listening to customer concerns, empathizing with them, and finding appropriate solutions.

Providing Instructions and Guidance:

Explaining product features, guiding customers through processes, or suggesting best practices.

Maintaining Records:

Keeping track of customer interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

Collaborating with Other Teams:

Working with sales, technical support, or product development to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Building Customer Relationships:

Establishing positive rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitoring Performance:

Tracking customer satisfaction metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

Participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
