Timing:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, Work from Office)

Salary:

?35,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries via CRM, social media, email, and other channels. Provide clear and professional responses to client queries. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs. Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems. Forward qualified leads to the sales team. Support internal teams with relevant client data and follow-ups. Ensure smooth coordination across departments for timely resolutions.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1 + years of experience in customer service/client handling/CRM. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Proficient with CRM tools & social media platforms. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM platforms. Basic understanding of sales processes & customer engagement.
