Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, addressing customer queries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering online support. Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support
Technical Support skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Client call handling and query resolution experience is must
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferre
