Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate complex issues to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution. Provide product/service information to customers and guide them in using it effectively.
