We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented
Telecaller
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales/communication targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and update CRM/database.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.
Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve customer acquisition.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
