Job Description

Shift Timings:

8:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

1:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments and follow up until resolution

Maintain records of customer interactions using CRM tools or internal systems

Adhere to internal processes, call handling standards, and service-level expectations

Requirements
Skills & Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment

Fluent in English and Hindi - both written and verbal communication is a must

Good listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ticketing or CRM software

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
