Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:



Overseeing the customer service process. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Customer Support Executive Requirements:



A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field. A minimum from

6 Months

to 1 year experience. Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of CRM systems. Computer skills (Excel knowledge is must) Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
