. Candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, supporting a US-based client. Communication excellence, shift flexibility, and PF history in last two organizations are key criteria.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
customer interactions
via inbound/outbound calls.
Screen US-based candidates
for client's hiring needs.
Maintain accurate records and outcomes in the tool.
Ensure
high-quality communication
, including confident call opening and closing.
Follow
client holidays
(not Indian public holidays unless specified).
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent Communication Skills
(English)
Versant Score
: 58 or above (mandatory)
PF history
in the last 2 organizations
Willingness to work in
night shifts (US hours: 5 PM - 7 AM IST)
Comfortable with
weekend working
(rotational shifts)
Must be based in
Pune
Minimum 1-year experienced undergraduates can also apply
