Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls Provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements:



Experience:

0 to 3 years in a customer support or similar role

Languages:

Proficiency in English and Hindi (both spoken)

Education:

Any undergraduate degree (UG: Any Graduate)

Shift:

Rotational shifts (including night shifts, if applicable)
