Key Responsibilities

Documentation:

Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive service records.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback to identify recurring issues and collaborate with product teams to suggest improvements.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with basic electronics and appliance functionalities; ability to troubleshoot common issues.
