Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat support.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services in a professional manner.
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales, etc.) for order status, replacements, and refunds.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel/Shopify.
Ensure follow-up with customers for query closure and feedback.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets (response time, satisfaction score, issue resolution).
Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team when required.
Requirements:
Male candidate preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0-2 years of experience in customer support/telecalling/CRM handling.
Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (added advantage).
Strong problem-solving ability and patience while dealing with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
