Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via

Resolve customer issues efficiently, following company service protocols.
Maintain accurate records and escalate issues when necessary.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (service, logistics, retail) for smooth issue resolution.
Analyze recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
Meet individual performance metrics to contribute to team goals.
