We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge to assist customers efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages effectively
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi/Marathi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but freshers are welcome
