Manage inbound phone calls from clients and customers.
Identify customer needs to provide the best solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and friendly communication.
Provide accurate, complete information using the right tools and methods.
Address customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file necessary documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
Strong phone skills with the ability to actively listen and engage with customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and provide excellent service.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
