Maintain and update customer records including contact persons, phone numbers, and email IDs.
Share dispatch details with customers promptly via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Ensure timely communication of "Paid" or "To-Pay" vehicle payment details for transparency.
Track delivery status with transporters daily until material reaches the customer.
Proactively follow up with customers to confirm receipt of goods and address any delivery concerns.
Ensure materials are delivered in the right condition and as per customer orders.
Address and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or incorrect deliveries in a professional manner.
Collect and verify LR/Bilty and bills from transporters.
Provide accurate and timely bills to the Accounts team on or before the scheduled date.
Handle daily courier receiving, dispatch, tracking, and record-keeping.
Maintain transporter register and prepare reports in the system.
Maintain an organized filing system of invoices and logistics documents.
Assist in establishing and managing contracts with carriers and transporters.
Support miscellaneous tasks assigned by seniors and management.
Manage subordinate staff responsibilities in their absence to ensure smooth operations.
